Our company offers unique modern warehouses on the edge of Prague, located on the outskirts of Dobřejovice, close to the D1 highway and the Circuit R1. The distance to the D1 highway is 2.5 km and the ride distance to R1 is 5.0 km. Areas are for logistic purposes.

The total area of the hall is 2,010 sqm. The hall is divided into separate units. Ideal use of the hall is for company headquarters, sample room, showroom. In each unit there is a commercial part and a background. The total height of the hall is 7 m, the height in the hall is 5.7 m and 6.5 m. The rooms are accessible by a separate glass entrance and doors of dimensions 3x3 m.

The hall is designed as steel assembled and will be insulated with a perimeter jacket made of PUR panels. 100 mm (U = 0.2 W / sqmK). The partitions between the units are plasterboard with double thickness 150 mm. The other partitions are also plasterboard thick 100 mm. Floors are made of polished concrete with a load of 5 ton/sqm. In each unit there are 2x4 m roof skylights that provide sufficient daylight.
